DeRosa Physical Therapy in Linwood, NJ is a trusted company with over 20 years of proven results. Since 2000, we’ve earned a positive reputation. Our first objective is to provide the patient with pain relief because we know alleviating the pain will allow the therapist to manually restore normal movement. Movement is followed by strengthening which is tailored to each individual patient.

Joseph (Joe) DeRosa
Joe DeRosa is the president of DeRosa Physical Therapy. He attended Widener University and was accepted into the Physical Therapy Program as an early entrant. He received his Bachelor’s in Biology in 1997 and his Masters in Physical Therapy in 1999.
In 1999, Joe returned home to begin practicing physical therapy. After a year of outpatient practice, he decided to open up his own practice. The primary focus of the practice was to make people feel better.
Over the past 21 years, DeRosa PT has steadily grown because of the results seen in the community. The 2400-square-foot facility is fully staffed with three full-time therapists with a combined 55 years of experience.
Joe stays on the cutting edge of rehabilitation by attending classes and seminars throughout the year.
Mackenzie Grillo
Mackenzie graduated from Kean University in 2019 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Mackenzie specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation of all ages. She also enjoys working with the pediatric population and works with Atlantic County School of Special Services to reach kids in need of PT services in-school.
She is passionate about working with her patients to establish and conquer their goals. She regularly participates in continuing education courses and stays on top of new research to offer the best approaches to recovery.
She joined our team in 2022 and resides in Linwood.
Mike Pollastrelli
Mike graduated from the University of the Sciences in 2018 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Wellness Management. Additionally, he graduated from the Rowan College of South Jersey’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program in 2021.
With a specialization in exercise science, Mike is a personal trainer holding certifications from ACE, NASM, and AFAA to name a few. He enjoys educating people on correct exercise techniques and body awareness.
His current residence is in Williamstown, NJ where he lives with his dog Harper.
Nancy Florczynski
Nancy was born and raised in South Jersey and graduated from Rowan College of South Jersey with an associate degree in applied science and joined the team as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2021.
She currently resides in Hammonton with her husband and her puppy, Tucker.
